You may have noticed a lot of talk about the rehydration & natural electrolyte properties of pure coconut water, which is true but it’s a little like talking about jack and the beanstalk and skipping straight to the giant and neglecting to mention there was a seed at the beginning of the story.
You don’t have to have just finished an intense F45 class or run a marathon (although you may have) to enjoy coconut water. Millions of people living in the world’s tropical belt have been drinking it for more years than we can possibly count and it isn’t because they’re all super marathon runners. It's because coconut water is super refreshing, tasty and healthy.
After a hard cross-fit, F45, yoga session or a sweaty pilates class, coconut water is undeniably great and we fully encourage the rehydration.
There’s more though. Coconut water is naturally healthy but that doesn’t mean that you can’t play around. Who said that you couldn’t mix it up? Feel like a tequila lime and coconut water? Do it! Some people tell us this is their favourite mixer. And why not?
The rules are, there are no rules. Just enjoy it.
It’s natural, no added-sugar, fat & cholesterol free and as versatile as an acrobat in the Cirque Du Soleil.
What's in it is important... but also what's NOT in it...
